I'm sorry but this list is incomplete without the archers with their lightning fast magic arrows. Thankfully their aggro distance has been adjusted recently but they were an absolute nightmare and would end up with you looking like a damn pincushion if you didn't just get killed.

heres one, Clean Rot Knight, at a distance they throw rings that tracks you, they are in full heavy armor and then theres the spear grab attack that instantly gives you rot status, they can also block and counter aswell

They have low health and take good damage though. If you have sorcery they are incredibly easy

Another thing with the Monstrous Crow that I notice when I was in the Mountaintop of Giants is that they fake a stun and it even make the sound of a stun. If you get in close for a backstab they grab you with their giant beaks and throw you up into the air before slamming you into the ground.

Dishonorable Mentions: *Haligtree Knight -They're like a more powerful version of the Leyndell Knight, except with one big difference. THEY CAN FULLY HEAL THEMSELVES!!! *Oracle Envoy -Not so much in Leyndell, but rather, Miquella's Haligtree. These guys can make bubbles that pop in from nowhere and inflict holy damage, meaning your shield is more or less useless. And then there's the big ones. Firing off a barrage of holy bubbles from across the area and can home in on you. *Giant Crab and Giant Lobster -Fromsoftware HAD to have known that the Great Crab was the most annoying enemy in Dark Souls 3, WHY did they bring them back?! And they brought it's new cousin with it! *Giant Dog -Similar to the Giant Crow, as they have a lot of health and can do massive damage. *Red Albinauric -The red ones can roll into you and do continuous damage. Kinda like the Bonewheel Skeletons from Dark Souls. *Leonine Lisbegotten (Enemy) -The Mini-boss variant can be handled fine. The enemy in Haligtree Town? Not so much, they're wildly agressive, have large range, and do massive damage. *Bell Chanting Dame -This Bat Queen can unleash poison fog and a devastating scream from a distance or at close range. The latter doing continuous damage.

Tip for the finger creepers, the term “Kill it with fire” will actually work. It’ll at least stun them if not deal a lot of damage to them

So glad to see Preceptor Miriam here, easily in the top ten enemies or bosses in Elden Ring. Definitely shows off the worst tactic that Fromsoft WAY overused in Elden Ring--providing no real limitations to the bosses whatsoever that players have. No stamina bars, infinite magic and items, very minimal, if any, downtimes after attacks. It makes most of the game feel like RNG rather than skill is what helps you overcome eventually. I still enjoy Elden a lot but i really hope From goes back to the drawing board and makes their next game's bosses and enemies more in line with BB and DS3. Tough but unfair is now From's philosophy and it sucks.

Number 1: _Revenants_ My gosh I hate those things so much. I can't ever get the hang of them.

Most of these are the reason why I changed my mainly dex melee build to a dex magic/melee hybrid of sorts. Those ranged spells come in very handy and in the mines magic is the only thing that works well against the crystal thingies.

This is where all the crows from Bloodborne went. Their revenge is neigh.

Pretty sure rune bears are meant to be avoided rather than faught

For the pest at lake of rot, they can be easily snipe with loretta arrow/mastery from distance without triggering notice making them a good farming for mage build.

One of the enemies I have problems with, at least, are the Cleanrot Knights. If their holy magic doesn’t get you, the fact that they bazooka barf scarlet rot will.

Legitimately a year later, and this still is true. By now I can fight runebears and even revenents with confidence, but those damn birds in stormveil, especially the ones with fire, just suck.

The griffin bird things with claws and fire breath in stormvielle that litterally throw explosive barrels at you are annoying and hard to kill cuz they fly around and never stop attacking

Imagine camping for years to ambush you

The infinite spam that the spear crystal enemies have is so annoying.

I’d probably replace Leyndell Knights and Rune bears with the Lobsters and the Albinauric archers, other than that good list

Particularly in caves? Dude there is a whole forest full with them

For me, its those machines with roller or swinging blades which can grab you inside.

I only have one phrase for each enemy in this list, "Fuck'em all." Specially Revenants, Kindreds of Rot, Dogs (all of them), and Dungeon Imps (which are really annoying).

I absolutely adore Elden ring. And love all the enemies

1. Any of the Knights or other enemies that shoot those great blue arrows or the Giant Golem ones. They hit really hard and very long range. 2. Abducter Virgins. Surprised not to see them mentioned. Just super annoying with unlimited poise, and they even have that grab attack that does a ton of damage. 3. Chariot - Not so bad once I put on all the defense Talisman's so I can survive 2 hits from them, but before that I died many times to them. Some of those little alcoves to run to feel like there just isn't enough time to get there before the Chariot comes back and smushes you. Maybe I needed to take off some gear to move faster or something. 4. Cleanrot Knights. These are the toughest knights for me, and their holy magic just makes them more annoying such as the ones in the Shaded Castle. That big spear attack that gives you rot hits really hard too. 5. Revenant. - I always pop my physik flask against them. If you get caught in that tantrum attack it may just be game over even from full health. Fortunately, they don't respawn. 6. Dogs. They can be tough to hit cause they keep jumping around everywhere and it is important to remember they tend to attack twice so you want to wait till after that second attack to go after them. They seem to always interrupt poise as well. Rats are about the same, but they don't jump around quite as much so a little less annoying. Wolves as well are like the dogs, but jump around slightly less i find. 7. Imps. I din't find them annoying really until later on in the game. The Subterranean Depths is where they became annoying for me. 8. Runebears. Little ones are fine, but the big ones are super tough, and they got put in the beginner zone to really mess with players. They gave me a lot of trouble when I just started out, and then I just started to ignore them and run past them although they would chase me halfway across the map, and their ranged aoe would always catch me even when on my horse. 9. Hands - Once i got used to them they are ok. The big ones though can be annoying. They just have weird move sets. 10. Pests. Their homing darts are brutal. Plus, many players get transported by that trap to that place where a lot of them are and really mess with the beginners. They scurry around everywhere and are tough to hit, and have a lot of range with their spear things. 10. Giant Crow - The dogs aren't so bad for me unless i pull a few at once, but the Crows are tough with the flying, and pecking. 11. Any flying enemy. As a melee build they can be tough to hit as you have to wait for them to be in range, and some are quite aggressive such as the warhawks with those talons, and they like to throw exploding barrels. The Dragonflys are some of the most annoying though cause they don't like to get close, and they often start whacking you when you are in combat with other enemies. 12. Perfumers - With a Melee build they can be tough to get through their flames that they spam, and do a ton of damage. I got used to them though with doing better at getting the jump on them so they don't start spamming. 13. Lobsters - the giant lobsters are like the giant crabs, but tougher, and they are great at sniping with that ranged attacks. The giant crabs I am ok with, but if I see the lobsters I just avoid them. Not worth trying to kill them. 14.. Wraiths. Just have to mention them because of the spamming sound effects from their magic that gets annoying. 15. Page. They just jump around a lot and are fast so can be difficult to get, and if you get caught in the crossbow that does tons of damage.

10. You forgot one thing. With guerilla speed, it can cover a LUDICROUS amount of ground and close the gap in a very short time. 9. Did someone see the birds from Amphibia or the Skeksis from The Dark Crystal and think; "You know what, we can go darker." 8. Also known as "Prawn Miner" or "Kindred of Rot." God help you if they spam their projectiles. 5. Only ONE chariot in the whole game can be destroyed, but it requires an out there tactic which involves shooting down giant explosive pots from the ceiling. 4. This is tradition in many souls games to hide enemies behind corners so they can ambush you, and these guys are no exception. 2. That's not even counting their tendency to fire off spells to hold you in place before grabbing and crushing you with their... uh... hand? Well, they're giant severed hands, what did you expect? 1. Here's my question regarding the healing incantation. HOW IN THE HOLY MOTHER OF ****TOPUS WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?!!!!

This is why you buy the info papers from merchants. Purchased from Isolated Merchant Raya Lucaria for 1200 runes: "The crawling royal revenants and their followers are all cursed. Healing powers will harm rather than mend."

By "not including bosses", did you also mean bosses that later also appeared as normal enemies? Cause if not, there are three you are missing: Burial Watchdog, that effin Red Wolf of Radagon that's found in the Consecrated Snowfield and somewhere else - and those damnable Crucible Knights. The Imps, Leyndell Knights and Pests weren't nearly as aggravating as those three if encountered outside of boss fights. Hard agree on the rest, though. Although I alwas viewed the chariots as environmental hazards, not as enemies.

The finger enemies are extremely weak to fire

My rule against those stupid revenants is to kill them while spawning. I hate them so much 😂 never knew they had this healing spell weakness

By the time I got there those birds were easy I can kill those birds with no problem especially I got the weapon that does blood loss whatever it's called the sword is red
