I use Helium10 to send automated review requests emails to customers after a certain amount of time. If you're not familiar with Helium10 I have a video too: kzread.info/dash/bejne/i39rlLWkn8ayaMY.html - But there are also other tools which can do it too.

Hi There ! - your mistake # 5 talks about applying for AU trademark yourself... ...not sure why you talked about the need to hire Amazon's vetted attorneys ? It's been a while now, where Amazon has changed there requirements for Brand-Registry submissions - - once you have filed a trademark application, you'll receive an application/filing number from 'IP Australia'. Then, all you do is plug-in this number during your Brand-Registry submissions - no longer, do you need to wait months - & therefore, no need for attorneys!

Do you mean now, even though the if your trademark is "pending" - they will give you brand registry?
