Thanks for watching, everyone! 🙂 Do you have any fun travel plans for the next couple weeks? -Tristan

Just returned yesterday from Arches Nat Park. First time, so I'm still on cloud nine. Back home in Rock Springs, until next week. Then a few days camping at the Bonneville Salt Flats. The history of the Land Speed Record is there. Will "Speed Demon" be the first to break the 500 MPH barrier? I guess I'll see! This video was special for me. My new home.

Just got home from Harper's Ferry, WV for a work trip. That area is gorgeous in West Virginia's Eastern panhandle. It has a tri point too, right on the Potomac River with Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. The area is gorgeous and has a ton of history. I want to go back!

Tristan, I very much enjoy your videos and seeing these remote places that many can't access. But I have a request for the viewer's benefit: When you are at a place like the three corners or the dunes, please stop and show the information signs for two seconds. That way, a viewer can freeze the video and read the information if they want to. Thanks!

Your videos are beautiful. Inspiring.
What i ((appreciate)) the most about your videos, Tristan, is all the time, gas & physical energy it takes for you to set-up your camera(s) for the shots of you driving or hiking by, then having to back-track to gather it all up ! All that effort surely does make for (more) interesting content. Also: fly the drone as much as possible when no one is around ! Pretty sure the critters don`t mind a brief fly-by & probably regard it as just a big insect....THANKS so much !

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy them!
Can see why you & Cassie moved to Wyoming 😮 ❤ Love the dunes, road drives , wild horses & most of all the hand print. That is Unbelievable 😊 So old but yet so modern . Would love a large framed picture of that in my house because I love modern paintings & art. Great trip, Tristan . And more to come next week 😁👍🏻
You never disappoint. Having had lived in SLC, I have traveled to that area. It's like seeing the Grand Canyon, the Rockies, the Redwoods, White Sands or the Pacific Ocean for the first time, breath taking. The vastness of the area is overwhelming. 👍❣😊
I live in Laramie county Wyoming and have explored a lot of the eastern part of the state. Your video encourages me to get out and see more of Wyoming.
I enjoy your videos. I have been there, I know the wind. Last time I was though there going north from Ft Colln ,Colorado then west to drop down into Salt Lake.. I nearly ran out of gas in spite of a full tank. The wind dropped my MPG down by half. Keep that in mind. Incidentally I drove non stop (except for fuel and pit stops) all the way to Monterey Ca on that trip. 20 Hrs. Thanks... No One.
It is always a joy to tag along with you as you point out such interesting points during the trip. You have a nice 'back yard' 🙂
Thank you for showing me the 3 corners area. I love your videos because you take me to places I will never get to. I love the way you show and explain the rock art. ❤ Keep going. 👌
Loved the drive up and the music you chose to accompany it, Tristan. Great adventure as always. Wyoming is such a beautiful state that often is overlooked.

It is indeed! I love it here.
I've been to a few "three corners" out west. Some are very remote. I was out there for the remoteness and stopped by the monument for the heck of it. Also did highest points in states back in the day. Some were easy, some were mountaineering, lol.
It is a beautiful location. We went to Wyoming in 2020 and I was shocked by how much my wife loved it. She is a "beach person" so for her to love Wyoming was saying something. We are looking forward to seeing the state again soon.

You always make such incredible videos, Tristan. So multi-faceted. The hands were fantastic!

The hands were my favorite part, too. Thanks for watching!
Lamproite is the material that the diamonds are formed in at The Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas (the only diamond mine in the world that's pen to the public to come and dig your own diamonds). The lamproite diamonds are roughly 30% harder than the kimberlite diamonds you find at other volcanic areas. Too bad it's sectioned off...I would love to prospect some in that area and do some rockhounding. Beautiful footage, as always. Thanks for the fun adventure.
My favorite part is the entirety of Sweetwater County! The rock art is amazing and the vastness of the landscape takes my breath away. Thank you for all you do in sharing your vision. No imminent travel plans for me but am I planning a mid October journey to Lake Superior.
Tristan, thank you for taking us with you! A visual delight!
Those hand prints were very unique! As always love the drone footage. I need a table top surface...great idea
Great video! I lived in Rock Springs from 1981-83 ( attending WWCC). I recently drove through last month. Rock Springs will always be a fond memory in my heart. Although I was lucky to hike up Boars Tusk 40 years ago - I wasn’t able to see a lot of the other sites during my time there .As I drove through last month I realized I missed out on exploring the county - both because of reliable transportation and many of the hiking trails just didn’t exist back then. Thanks for bringing Sweetwater county alive - lots of history and scenery there.
I am too old to do what you do. But still watch and enjoy all your videos. Keep up the good work
Look forward to your videos each week. So many places I want to visit now! ❤☺️
Your drone footage is absolutely amazing - truly sets the stage and adds dimensions without ever being intrusive. Thanks for another exceptional adventure!

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy it! The drone is kind of a hassle but is always worth the effort in the end.
Looks like a place you could file your nails before the big dance at the village over the hill
I love this region. I really felt what you said about this is the West you want if you're looking for a place you feel you have all to yourself and can just go out and commune. Beautiful videography as usual, along with the music and excellent narration. Looking forward to the next installment. Be safe and have fun.
Tristan, thanks so much for inreasing my appreciation & understanding of my home state. I've traveled the extent of Wyoming, but not with the depth of appreciation you offer. Best of luck in all your adventures.
I spent a summer living in a trailer at 41.396275°N -108.728462°W in 1972. The northern end of Pine Mountain was our backdrop to the East. I saw numerous antelope and wild horses. I also was hailed on July 4th and the hail turned into a brief snow flurry as the hail chilled the down draft air column. I also saw a long rope-like tornado that travelled east and dissipated over Pine Mountain.
we have old land cruiser and there is full time 4wd which is easier to drive without binding and then there is standard 4wd which is usually activated by a button, you don't need to go from fulltime 4wd which is distributing power 80/20 to 4 low, you can go to standard 4wd which is 50/50 power to front and back...tristan look for that 'button' to engage normal 4wd power ratio to 50/50
Wow, the hand and paw imprints are unusual, I've never seen anything like that. Made with tools I think. Very nice.
Fun adventure Tristan! Thank you 👍
I appreciate it when you go on screen, and point out landmarks. I find myself going to the map and 'following along'. Thanks for taking us.
I love your videos. This one is special because I lived in Rock Springs then Green River from 1977 - 1982, again from 1987 - 1988, and once again from 2005 - 2010. I worked in the oilfield and had lots of fun on days off roaming, hiking, camping, kayaking, etc. I did climb Boar's Tusk in 1978. Been to the Petroglyphs several times, Lots to explore in Sweetwater Co. Stage Stations, Forts, South Pass City, Atlantic City, Get some Ice Cream in Farson, Pilot Butte, Fontenelle Reservoir, Flaming Gorge, Greys River, Wind Rivers, on and on. My wife and live in Arkansas now and we are planning on heading to Wyoming for a couple of weeks the end of September this year.
Helluva back yard Tristan! Looking forward to seeing more!
Love It 👍🔥
I LOVE the Red Desert area. But it's one of, if not the, nastiest, coldest, windiest, and inhospitable areas of Wyoming in winter.
Great video ❤️
Really enjoyed this one. Thank you.
Another great adventure! Thanks for sharing.
Great video.
Very cool handprints. There are even more impressive ones in Kodachrome State Park in Utah near Bryce Canyon National Park.
Thanks!
Thank you. 👍
Nice video. Interesting area.
Beautiful landscapes!
good stuff Tristan
What a great video Tristan. Thank you
I wish more you tubers included maps of where they are (the travel ones anyway) thank you. & I'm sure the people who live in these areas like the low population - jealous
Oh, I look forward to this! The Red Desert is one of my favorite playgrounds!
Excellent, thanks for taking us along😎⭐️🤩
One of your best! Great places.
Hey, glad to see you every Saturday. It seems like a brutal annual schedule, my hats off to ya !!
Well done 👍🏻
Living vicariously... ; - )
Such splendid isolation! Thanks for the tour..
The rock art and hand prints are amazing. Best I've seen! Thanks for sharing those.
Good morning! It can't always be fun. You are welcome to tell us about the boring times too! 😒 👨🦽
Gorgeous absolutely gorgeous
Always informative and interesting videos... thank you for sharing.
Very interesting area with those dunes, must have been an ancient lake bed at one time. Thanks for Sharing!! ❤️
Great video tour. I love the visual explanations.
I was just there at tri corners about two weeks ago. Definitely worth a visit. 🤠
Always enjoy these cool remote places you take us. We branch out to more remote places in our campervan than we normally would. Thanks for inspiring us to be a little more adventurous! As always, love your videos. BTW, last week's bike trip was terrific. Think we will do that when out that way.
Great video, Tristan. You have a sweet rig setup. 👍
Such cool spots! Thanks for the beautiful drone video and narrative!
Right on. I hang out in Sweetwater county a lot. Good chilling.
Drone footage is awesome, thanks for sharing. Stay safe!
The hand print was amazing!
Tristan another great video! Loved the 3 corners the hands on the rocks were amazing! So much to so little time. Love the music 🎶 you picked Thanks!
Those handprints in the rock are awe-inspiring indeed
Very nice tour, thank you. Liked the petroglyphs.the hand carvings makes me think of a key ring I have called healing hand. Take care.
I love the detail and reasoning behind the build in the LC. Nice !!! I LOVE the dash cam on the trails. I have always wondered what the roads where like that you travel. I appreciate you filming some of them, and hope to see more. This was an awesome video !!! Thanks so much for sharing. PS: I just picked up a 99 LC. So excited to explore more ;)
Loved the video! Got to get out to that part of the country soon. PS Your Sanuk Pickpockets remind me of my travels… that’s what I wear around camp when I’m out and about.
The hand imprint indentions were fascinating - my favorite part. Thanks Tristan!
❤❤❤ all the drone coverage! Once again you’ve shown me areas I’ve never seen when traveling in Wyoming. All the rock art was awesome to see . Thanks Tristan ~ looking forward to your next adventure!
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why Tristan sticks with his Land Cruiser! That was amazing Tristan, I've never seen so many glyphs in one spot! I can imagine, given how people can be, Boar's Tusk was being carelessly explored.
Its always fascinating to see petroglyphs in other parts of the country. I live in the southwest and have visited hundreds of petro sites on the Colorado Plateau, and its alway interesting to see traditions that developed outside the region and notice the differences in style and technique. The handprints are amazing! Thank you for sharing
Love the hand prints
Love your videos, what a place that is,wish l could enjoy it!
I've been to the 4 corners and also hiked up to where Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia meet in the Cumberland Gap! Thanks for another great adventure!
Awesome video highlighting a beautiful and interesting part of our country. Would love to visit sometime
Just another great video of the American West! The part in the dunes brought back a lost memory...I remember seeing the dunes quite a few years ago & couldn't believe I forgot about it! They call it the empty space for a reason!
Tristan, "howdy" from Casper. I enjoy watching your footage, and re-living my journeys from 40 years ago, with a 35mm film pocket camera, and an FJ-40 Land Cruiser.
Another great adventure. Love those middle of nowhere spaces.
Your videos are relaxing and fun! 😃
Sand dunes are fascinating but one can get stuck. I always carry boards in my pickup. 4 wheel may help in some situations but not everything. Boards can save your life. Been there, survived that situation.
I love rock art.
Never seen anything like those handprints before! Awesome!
During the pandemic we started hitting the CO corners. We approached the CO/WY/UT tri-corner from the CO side. It was a steep winding road up, and when we were close the road was still snow covered (in july!), so we never made it all the way. Now, I want to go back to finish out the state! Thanks for the video!
Its always windy in Wyoming. I had a state tree tshirt that was a power tower. Lol. I lived in Wyoming 78-82. Loved it out there. 🧘🏻🙏🌎☮️
Beautiful country! Great for resetting the brain.
I absolutely loved your cinematography in this video, Tristan. Top notch and the scenery was gorgeous! I loved the whole video!
Great video. I love the road less traveled you explore on your adventures. I love exploring the Dinosaur National Park area. Thanks
Beautiful sand dunes!!❤️😀🇺🇸
Was in Wyoming in May by far my favorite state!!!
Your videos are just amazing, thank you so much for sharing them with us!

The teepee glyph looks like the Star Trek Communicator Badge that Kirk and others wore on their chest. Great video.

Nobody does adventure videos better than you. Can hardly wait to get out there & do some exploring.
You really had some great drone shots in this Video. You took it to the next level… You’re probably like me, and felt comfortable in the wide open spaces with no trees, when you’re flying the drone. Safe Travels C.B.
