I had a lawyer that misrepresented my injuries in my demand letter by calling my cartilage damage chondromalacia. He was right but any damage to your cartilage is considered chondromalacia whether it's degenerative or traumatic so of course the adjuster called it degenerative. He should have been more specific about the damage instead of the diagnosis. That's why it's good for lawyers to know the anatomy instead of just copying the doctors notes.
