@@prodnyu Hearing abilities is kinda important, like Thor ult from jungle for example, there are uses for sound but the fact he is deaf is really incredible

I'm so happy to see Gabu getting recognition from more of the Smite community, he works so hard! He has taught me a lot about the game, and I have so much respect for him to be able to keep pushing this far even with the circumstances he has. Thank you so much for helping him show more people about the God he cares so much about!

I'd probably be a good jungle too if I couldn't hear my teammates spamming gank every 10 seconds. Lol jk ggs to this chad.

It’s incredible his skill. At 20:32 when herc did in fact ult, had I not hear “grand slam” I wouldn’t have known, even watching from his perspective I don’t see how he saw that. It’s honestly quite amazing he’s analyzing at superhuman speeds

My only guess is he could tell by looking at the map. He's chasing Herc so he should continue to run away, but you can see the Herc on the map pause for a second, which means he either stood there and did nothing (unlikely), turned and used his 2, or turned and used his ult. Thinking about the situation, Herc is trying to get away so why would he 2 and pull the Fenrir closer, especially with his 1 down that he just used? So really you're only left with the assumption that he ulted to peel Fenrir off him if he continued to chase. But that's just a theory....a GAME THEORY!

@@imainblastergeb He could be very well looking at the map to see if Herc turned toward him to pursue or if he went into the jungle so he could warn his team. It's not that unlikely that someone that has to rely more on sight is used to checking the map more often. I'm in no way taking away from his skill; I'm just offering a possible explanation other than a complete guess based on feeling. Also, auto-cancelling brutalize isn't that difficult. It's smart to do, and many low-level or inexperience players don't do it, but it doesn't require much mechanical skill.

He also could have noticed the boulder too because you can actually see it rolling down the lane from his perspective when he looked back at the herc and he might've just second guessed if he saw it or not. Hence the uncertainty.

The auto cancels on the yu at the end was crazy good.

At the 20 min mark you can see how he looks at the herc to see if he ulted. Even tho it isnt an FPS not hearing in smite is a hugeee disadvantage, huge props to this guy being better than 90% of players with that added disadvantage.

This mf Fenrir plugs his damn head into the PC and feels vibrations from abilities hit. This guy living in Cyberpunk 2077.

I played with Gabu quite a few times in ranked a while ago. Had no idea he was deaf, damn that's very impressive

Fenrir was the first God I decided to play so it was interesting to find out why he was maxing the 2 first whereas I normally max the 3 first. Going to avoid jotuns in my builds now.

So if what I see was correct, with what Weak3n said we dont know what happened. He went: Jump, Auto, auto reset with brutalize, and then quick canceled the brutalize to auto reset AGAIN. My god this man is insane

I think for the 2 max, the little extra damage to all abilities and autos (especially with eye and the 2's built in attack speed) goes a long way.

Been loving the new content, “Elo-hell” “#1 ranked”. A lot of good (&bad😂) gameplay to learn from lol

I was playing yamoja today and I realized my 3 kept procing both my own, and my teammates magi cloak. I don’t play much yamoja so I don’t know, is this a bug or a actual mechanic?

To compare this to the Elo Hell series this dude is high masters and dominating the game with decisions and mechanics. Then you see a player that thinks they are masters and you don’t see that elo hell player doing any aggression, play making, turning on enemies etc.

Sometimes my speakers just stop mid game. It feels like I have no idea what to do. It's crazy how much sound is important in this game.

I have no excuse at this point. This is impressive. This guy is a legend.

My headset died once mid game and I had no sound for the rest , bro it was absolutely horrible , like the sound qs are how I know what happening if they are about to use ability’s , like I literally just would not play if I didn’t have sound this guys diff

If the pulsing is bothering you dont watch in full screen its way worse its not nearly as bad not full screen. It is weird that its happening though my guild screen shares alot on discord and we dont get this even with the worst pcs as long as they dont go above 70- 30fps its usually good.

If I only had sight to remain on to win I would be screwed that’s amazing

Stop helping your trash teammates bruh farm to 20 then carry the game force your team to push objectives if u can but they probably won't silver conquest is just arena with a bigger map
