I found this very entertaining, as it mirrored my experience almost exactly. I bought a skewb just to have, and expected it to be easy (possibly intuitive) to solve. Not the case. It was the most frustrating puzzle to learn. It was because of this that my cheap skewb sat scrambled on the shelf for months. I bought a better one (the cheap one was unbearable to turn) and finally learned it. Now they can both sit on the shelf in a solved state. Again, fun video and also--good for you donating to the fundraiser. Good folks doing good things is awesome to see. Cheers!

It was just like how I first learned my first 3x3 although that's a whole different story but yeah you get to know the whole happiness behind cubing when you first solve your cube

*HEY CUBEHEAD* In my experience, the core of MoYu cubes tend to become really slow after some time. I recently cleaned the pieces of my Yoo(ooo) cube but it did not bring back the initial speed of the wrm 21. Most tutorials unfortunately only focus on the pieces. *Since the wrm 21 is your signature cube now, could you show us how to take apart and clean the core of the Yoo(ooo) cube to restore the speed?* Thanks mate.

yooooo, great for who is starting right now. I experienced what you did recently, got not so many solves so far, ao5 PB is 28.43s, now try to learn a few more center permutation algs and be color neutral regarding the corners, not difficult

Have you learned skewb fingertricks since then? Skewb sledge is really satisfying to do, and it gets ridiculously easy to solve it with the same beginner’s method you used.
