Jennie's voice particularly in this song sounds so vulnerable. When she started singing her part, "Cause everybody sees what they wanna see..." It just breaks hearts. Also in the last part where she said "so I'll be okay", it's almost as if she's gonna burst crying any moment.

Jisoo's last line "You know they ain't got a shot on me" just hits you hard on your heart and bouncing within your whole body and left you a mark of her voice for the rest of your life

From a person who doesn’t know much about vocal terminology, in my opinion, Lisa’s singing voice is so unfiltered and different from the rest, like the rest of the girls sound like they have natural added layers, Jennie’s voice always sounds like it’s telling a story and you can feel the emotion through her, Jisoo’s voice is so powerful and leaves you shook, and Rosé’s voice always sounds like a fairytale and so beautiful. They are all so different yet fit together so well.

This song perfectly ends the album. It showcased their vocal prowess, and in my opinion, Jisoo and Rosé shined in this one. Their respective voices are a contrast to each other but complements so well. The song depicts the struggles of the girls, that despite their success, there are still people who attack them either individually or as a group with so muh hate. They don’t deserve any hate. They’re just a couple of girls living out their dream. Im proud of the girls, esp Jisoo. 2020 got Jisoo winning in all aspects. She truly shined in the album:)
