Sorry about the diabetes diagnosis. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes at 5 years old. I know it can be hard, but once you find out what works to keep your sugars in line it becomes second nature.

Hi Seth my friend I was diabetic two but I reversed it took a year to 18 months not going to lie it was hard work but my was gene related so it can come back just look after yourself do what the doc says you be good get your cholesterol checked too just to be safe have a great Christmas look after yourself peace brother
