    It's not worth risking missing the padding just to please ego. If they go 100% even if it's under 1% chance to miss and break their shins on the metal behind the pad. Secret behind getting high numbers on this machine is sure all the basics good technique and so on, but the most significant one is the follow through, you can see they are pulling the kicks, the number would be around 2-3x what we see here if they tried to go "through" the target, like they do, and visualize in Muay Thai.

    What i beleive is not even the fact that him kicking hard makes him the goat, its because this man has full controll over the power and technique of his skills, just look at his sparring vids, he taps gently but it sounds like a hard kick, but then he displays this mastery of force and it sounds nothing like a hard kick would normally, until we look at the actual stats, legend indeed!!!

    All of them were relaxed. Being relaxed is essential to strike properly and strike hard. Thais learn to kick before they learn ABCs and 123s. Saenchai was also bigger than all of them. Not only weight but height. The higher you kick the more power you lose. Low kicks hit the hardest.
