If you've gone over everything and nothing seems off, it's more than likely that the person in question is already at home and hasn't even left in the first place. Best way to check this is to call the apartment and see if you get a response from someone. below are responses you could possibly get after calling. •Their spouse or family member picking up and telling you that the person you're looking for isn't home. (Not a doppelganger if all information matches up, and gives a valid excuse for leaving without being on the list) •spouse or family member picks up and says that person you're looking for is home (definite doppelganger) •person you're looking for picks up the phone (definite doppelganger) •no response from anyone (definite doppelganger if appearance and info given matches up) Also, you can see the number for each apartment when you look through the folders for all the tenants. Hope this helps you out
