Interesting. Peter was at the enemy's fire, denying he knew the Lord. Cursing, even. But the rooster crowed. God did not let Peter go but so far. I thank Him this morning, for His grace and Mercy. Making me check myself, before I IRREVOCABLY wreck myself. Our God is worthy to be praised, because He is real. Did I mention...I am saved?

Peter was very sad. I know he was. He cried right after the rooster crowed. And Jesus knew he was going to be sad. Jesus knew he was going to regret this. God stopped Peter. Yes, He sure did. He stopped Peter from cursing Him. He let Peter know that that was enough. He stopped him. He was there, and He stopped him. There were so many reasons Peter could have been crying. I think one of them could have been he was grateful the Lord stopped him from going too far. (sniffle)
