Wassup Mr. Chef Rush, is training a muscle once a week really enough? I'm 5"10, 180lbs, kind of an ectomorph, I work out or train when I have the energy, because I have a pretty physical job, heavy lifting, pulling and pushing, it's no excuse but I work out at work using my entire body, and by the time I get home, I don't have the energy and my muscles are tight and my body wants to rest. My gains and strength have stalled because I've worked out for a couple of years now off and on those types of jobs. I've read that skinny guys should train full body for maximum results, or push pull legs. Chef will you or someone please help me out with this topic, I'd really appreciate it. Much love and respect and thank you for your service!!!💪🙏🇺🇸

No, You have more than 7 muscles.. big, small... I do the 72 hour rule

No, you can hit the same muscle every 3 days. That way you get them in twice a week and not once a week
