Just a short tribute to Sandra Dee and Bobby Darin's last film together, the romantic comedy "That Funny Feeling" (1965), which was a mistaken identity and comic revenge romp the mold of Doris Day/Rock Hudson teamings. Costarring Donald O'Conner, Nita Talbot, Larry Storch, Leo G. Carroll and directed by Richard Thorpe, this is a thoroughly enjoyable trip back to a simpler time. Bobby of course, provides the title tune (which he also wrote). Fun stuff!

It’s sad we can watch the ‘40’s and 50’s movies over and over but are 60’s movies are never shown on TCM

Too bad Universal couldn't give their box office champ, Sandra Dee , better material to work with. The Restless Years, A Summer Place, and later Tell David on Night Gallery proved she was a dynamic actress. She was underrated. Universal gave her totally forgettable routine comedies like this, her other one with Darin, the two Tammy movies, and I'd Rather be Rich. What a waste of a great talent. Her best movie was Gidget, but it was on loanout. She made that movie. She acted differently than she did in her other movies. I'm so glad Tuesday Weld or Carol Lynley didn't do it. It would not be the classic it is without Sandra. She had a quality that few others had. It's easy to see why she was a Teen Superstar. Love you forever, SD

She commandeered his apartment and doesn't know he lives there. He likes her & goes along with the sham.
