While Thapki is hell-bent on keeping her secret safe from Bihaan, he is adamant about exposing her. Meanwhile, Dhruv tampers with the face-pack Shraddha uses on Kosi, causing the latter's face to be covered in pimples. His plan to cause a rift between Kosi and Shraddha is successful, and Thapki uses it to her advantage. Elsewhere, Shraddha publicly humiliates Aditi.
