When, I was a little boy, I used to wish to be a zookeeper but then i changed my mind since I was afraid to be up close to the animals.
Do the Volunteers help you guys train your zoo animals.

They do not. Volunteers at Hamill Family Play Zoo are the only volunteers who handle animals, and they do not assist in training.
When do you guys allow people to volunteer to work at the Brookfield zoo?

We have a King Conservation Science Scholars program for high schoolers. Regular volunteers must be adults. You can learn more here: www.brookfieldzoo.org/volunteer
