I wouldn't say that. But he was definitely one to remember. Legalization of weed. Legalized marriage of same sex couples created jobs. Ended wars. Helped us through the recession.

Read just one thing that he did illegally; The Washington Post reported in 2013: [Obamacare] allows the Department of Health and Human Services to set up federal health exchanges in the holdout states. But the statute makes no mention of the IRS providing credits and subsidies through federal exchanges. The IRS resolved this conundrum by denying its existence. In a May 2012 regulatory ruling, it asserted its own right to provide credits outside the state exchanges as the reasonable interpretation of an ambiguous law. But the language of the law is not ambiguous. And health scholars Jonathan Adler and Michael Cannon, in an exhaustive recent analysis, find no justification for the IRS’s ruling in the legislative history of Obamacare…. So: The IRS seized the authority to spend about $800 billion over 10 years on benefits that were not authorized by Congress.

@@fishing4truth91 I knew A guy who didn't get his income tax refund until he got insurance. He worked at a Mom and pop textile mill and their insurance was a lot cheaper than Obama care. I can name a lot more bad things during his adm. It took the IRS 2 years to get his refund after he got health insurance. They drew interest for the sum of $3.700.00 in two years. I bet their were millions in the same boat

For this he'll always be loved.

I am Mexican, but I have to say that it was the best presumption that the American nation had, here in Mexico many people respected him and loved him, because they believed that all immigrant Mexicans were safe with him, so I pay my respects to him and for the American nation.
