@materialkid No.. Just no- Honestly, even if you ignore the fact that Lea's a horrible person, her voice isn't really much of a good fit for the role. While she can hit the notes, her singing has a certain 'perfectness' and lack of actual emotion (in her voice, she just tends to overcompensate with her expressions) that just wouldn't really fit Elphaba. Lea's Defying Gravity just ain't it. I think Lindsay would do a great job but she'll probably be busy with broadway.

Was a huge fan of Lindsay Pearse when I watched The Glee Project and I was so happy when it was announced she would be in Wicked. She's so talented and this video proves it

Oh my heart! My husband and I got engaged following a touring Wicked show in Minneapolis on May 11 2017, and we got to meet Ginna and the cast afterward, she was so bubbly and kind! We're both vet techs and considered essential workers, though I have taken voluntary furlough because our first baby is due May 13. Hearing Ginna was like being back at the show when we got engaged. Thank you!

17th of April in Victoria London I was to take my wife (Staff nurse in Glasgow royal) to see the show wicked for our 11th year anniversary. Sadly events in the world have changed and I will be soon starting my pre deployment to Afghanistan. I would like to thank the cast for the video. I have shared it with my wife.
