Criticism is seen a lot, but appreciation is far better and more helpful. Thank you Fortnite for bringing us this huge metaverse, and thank you T5G for making such a meaningful video about it. No kidding, I actually really like Chapter 5 and i'm grateful that the game has moved away from Chapter 4's no content/one shot kills only style.

While yes epic does do all that, they also stop games from being published on Steam, "But isn't that a good thing, since Valve takes more money?" well yes, but actually no. See, Steam is a much bigger platform than the epic games store, as well as having many more features, and more importantly, more players. A lot of people only have an Epic games account for Fortnite/Rocket league, while keeping the rest of their game collection on steam because steam has been there first, actually has people trying to make Steam better rather than trying to make their competition run out of games *Cough* (Epic) *Cough* *Cough* but people will never leave steam because the customer experience is better, people have their entire game collection there (And unless we can move the ENTIRE thing over to Epic games store for free and epic store gets more QoL changes nobody will move from Steam to Epic) and steam is also doing sales like all the time so, yeah.

Its great to see people recognize Fortnite/Epic Games and all that they have done for us!

Man it feels SO GOOD to have a thank you video from T5G instead of a hidden secrets, tips and tricks, etc. Not hating on those vids, but it would be nice to implement something like this at least every month! Like number nine was just such a nice change of pace congratulating Donald Mustard on what he has done for Fortnite!

Absolutely, & those guys deserve it. I had that same thought, about how nice it was to hear some positivity out of the channel. I left a comment explaining how after I spent 800 hours this year, completing all of Destiny 2's content, I learned to appreciate Fortnite's devs that much more. Destiny is an awesome game, but it's badly monetized & poorly supported. We are truly spoiled.

Both only care about money. If you look at it from a business perspective they both have investors and must keep their stocks up to keep investors happy. Fortnite can do this so easily while keeping their community happy where COD simply cant because older people play COD and older people are less likely to spend money on cosmetics so they find other ways which just pisses of the COD community.

Tbh Midas revenge didn’t bother me too much, I got both victory royales and I’m just thinking the ghost were actually pretty fun to play with the other players

Everytime I come back to the lobby I always see the icon above my locker saying something is new but whenever I check it out the icon for something new is on the randomizer

As someone who never got a chance to play Chapters 1-3, it would be cool to have a Chapter 2 map or Chapter 3 map at some point. I don't know how it would fit into the story but seeing how there isn't one for Chapter 5 Season 1 I'm sure they can do it

Fortnite is a W game and hope it continues for a long time Epic did and does a great job.

It's so nice to see a development studio this big that actually doesn't suck! Of course I always wish they would fix save the world and change up some of the monetization of the game to make it more accessible to a larger audience. But even the way it is right now it's still a masterpiece!

I love how fortnite actually listens to their fan base unlike other games.

it's crazy how generous and how they've been paying attention to they've community idk why Tommy didn't mention this but lego wasn't the adventure mode they were working on back in cp 2 sea 6 tho I don't expect them to release it any time soon but if I have to guess they will probably start working on it in 2024 or 2025 since they will have to make a separate team for it or stop postpone updates

what would be cool for OG season is if like selecting if you want ranked, you could select which season's map you wanna play on. For example, i could select season 5 and everyone who also selected it can play on that seasons map, and if you still want you could play the regular current map

Fortnite really does deserve Best Ongoing Game, I get what Cyberpunk did was great, but thats a Singleplayer game, and you are already done on the content for the game, Fortnite is a Live service game that has always been about innovation and change, next year Fortnite needs to win this award, its needed, the amount of feedback they have been giving us, the support, the transparency, its all really great and done better than most AAA studios out there! Thank you Fortnite for bringing my friends together day after day.

I had a bit of experience with Motion Capture for video games and gotta say they created a seriously fluid and cool movement animations and choreography for that Lego addition. Kudos to the devs. It's a funny detail you wouldn't neccessary expect in a game like this one. Ps. You almost saw me as Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

Thanks to everyone at Top 5. You guys made me become interested in fortnite again a year or two back now.

I used to think Fortnite was pretty lame but seeing what it’s become now. It looks pretty dope and I’m glad I started playing during the finale of Chapter 4 and have become part of the start of this amazing vision for the game. I can’t wait to see what happens next year now that I’ve finally joined this pretty cool community. Definitely a lot more I’ve seen coming from this game than others I’ve played over the years.

Started playing during chapter 4 season 1, regret that I didn't start playing sooner tbh

The first couple are kinda backwards... the community doesn't love these changes because that's what they should've been from the start. Basically what he's saying is that Epic taking the game down for two weeks would be bad, but bringing it back up would be a loved change. No, they shouldn't have taken it down in the first place.

I hope Fortnite revert the movement or atleast add an option to have the old movement back

I just started playing this season, and I am absolutely loving it. Got a few friends into it as well. Split my time between Racing and No Build.

Something nobody is talking about is graphics. They started out rough this season, everyone was losing frames but this update fixed that

i actually have a story to share about Fortnite so after not being able to play Fortnite for one to two years (i stopped playing in C1S7, and restarted playing when C2 dropped), and the first thing i see when i open up the BR lobby, two new skins, Rose Team Leader, and Warpaint, from Epic themselves. although i pretty much never use the skins since i cant think of any locker combos using them, i highly thank Epic for giving C1S3 skins to me for free

I still don't know how fortnite keeps on reviving from the grave yard of dead games but it's impressive, thank you fortnite for given us more and more content and updates. Imagine fortnite would see this video and commenting.

I loved fortnite OG even tho i started chapter 2 season 2

now they need to make the regular skins have rarity backgrounds, not just the special collab skins.

I just wish that if a skin has multiple styles, all of the othger things of the set get them too. Like all the gold variants aren't really usable with the things from their sets. And many more skins have slyles I never play, because they don't have the according pickaxe, backpack, parachute, fall-animation-thingy or weapon skin things (I know, very professional vocabulary). And maybe an all in one locker where I can load my Character, Emotes, Weapon Skin and Lobby presets all at once, seriously, I don't wanna click through every of the menus to get the Indiana Jones set, weapon skin, loading screen and banner.

Fortnite just has the best developers out of any game. Not to point any fingers (*cough cough* Call Of Duty *cough cough*), but some developers (*cough* modern warfare 3 2023 *cough*) release awful games and don’t listen to the community to help improve the game. Meanwhile, Fortnite will receive backlash for an update and, sometimes on the next day, update the game to the communities liking. P.S. I love your content T5G, we needed a video like this and love your other videos.

the bad thing about OG season is it did start in season 1 but in 5 and some time they ad 2 seasonn at a time and not all things was added like the bunker and houses in wealing woods

The free skin you get from rocket racing is pretty hard if you don’t play racing games.

I think they sould add multiple styles for characters like Anakin skywalker and Obi-wan. They could ad the old 2006 lego model as a style to them.
