My god I hate Oceiros for exactly this reason (1:45). That attack has no leadup animation, the entire body of the boss is a hitbox, and on low level runs basically touching him with a fingertip will make you explode. If not for the cool lore he'd easily be my least favourite ds3 boss

So you can just walk off the side of that stairway in DS1 to avoid the boulder. Always thought you had to hit the dodge button to avoid it. Can you even survive being hit by it? Super early in the game as it is.

I don't play DS 2 & 3, but almost all DS1 thank you video is just because it player's stupidity. For example this one: 5:50, people love zweihander because it hits hard and it range, but he hit Undead Dragon very fking close like a dagger range.
