Interesting to see that L'Enfance du Christ trailer. Back then, ITV usually threw in a highbrow offering at some point in Xmas week to get the light-ents heavy schedule passed by the IBA.

Eh? Cannot believe this!!!!and here's me thinking the SAS only used stun grenades .That copper still couldn't get that door opened .

I am certain that I have seen the Anglia version of this clip, although it might have been Christmas Day instead. ITN bulletin looks familiar. 0:41 What a load of balls. 3:02 The male customer is voiced by George Layton, so it's not surprising that Griffin (Richard Briers) calls him "George".

I didnt know 7/11 had made it over to the UK in the mid 80's I'd thought they'd always been a US thing...

I wonder if the ban on fox hunting now has caused the huge number of foxes roaming our city centres and outlying suburbs??

Yes. Plus it's much easier to eat discarded burgers and chips than chase rabbits. Foxes aren't daft.
