It was part of the flower festival centered in the 75 Anniversary flag and lamp park :)

What’s the best way to get around town? Is the weather now bearable ? I am afraid of weather too hot . Will be there soon

We did everything on foot and a couple of cabs in Chiang Rai. It was much more bearable than southern Thailand but still hot.

@@ladym1763 it's in Chaing Rai, it's the Elephant Peace Project, but there are plenty around the northern Thailand area.
