I'm a teacher here in Thailand. I come from Philippines. During my first time of teaching here, I'm really the beat and the tone of your National Anthem. Until I searched in KZread if there any tutorials or lesson on how to pronounce every word from this song. I found one but it challenged me a lot to say or pronounce them. This video caught my interest to study again this national Anthem. This is the best.

I am from Hong Kong, but I went to Thailand for 3 times since 2015, I have a lot of relatives in Thailand, I don't have to stay in hotel when I visited Thailand, I can stay at my relatives home 🏡 when I visited Thailand, I remember I heard this song in Thailand at 6pm

Also, may I ask, why is there a silent ิ in the word เพลงชาติ? I know sometimes we omit syllables for borrowed words, but they are normally indicated by the ์ symbol. Thanks again for the videos! 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for asking. I'm not sure why we don't pronounce it, but according to Sanskrit, it's pronounced jaa-dtì while in Thai we pronounce ชาด
