The Thai League 1 , often referred to as T1, is the top level of the Thai football league system. Contested by 16 clubs.
At the end of the season, 1st place team Qualification for AFC Champions League group stage, 2nd and 3rd place Qualification for AFC Champions League qualifying play-offs, The bottom three sides are relegated to Thai League 2. Nongbua Pitchaya, Chiangmai United and Khonkaen United are Promoted from the 2020-21 Thai League 2.

Love those stadium with 5k - 6k capacity with no running tracks. they are aware no point of having tens of thousand seats if unable to fill it with spectators to cover the cost of maintenance..
