For me, the most important part of any job is to listen to the client and ask plenty of questions about them and their business. Find out about their customers, competitors in the same marketplace, struggles, goals, origin etc.
The more I know, the better my decisions will be when it comes to crafting a branding solution that will help them overcome their struggles and grow their business.
