I hope the writers and even Rider know how much Shawn’s character helped me growing up. Representation really matters, never saw a poor kid represented like he was.

Its crazy to me how much of us gen x'ers were raised on this show. I became worse than Shawn unfortunately but after a rewatch in my early 20s I was like oh wow! That's my life

One other character I could see filling that role although a bit later on, was Hyde from that 70's show.

He’s a full blown adult and Rider Strong still sounds like he’s Shawn Hunter and in 6th grade and he’s about to start saying how he’s a lost dog or flick his hair back and start hitting on a girl😂 Boy Meets World is such a big part of my life

had no idea they didn't plan to film it but I'm so glad they did! I probably wouldn't have discovered it if it weren't on KZread, but very appreciative they did and I enjoy having visual podcasts to listen to and watch - something about having the combo of visual and audio just hits different

This was my Favorite Sitcom. I Watched the entire series. I own a copy of Every Season.

Rider Strong sounds like a genuinely good person in real life from the interviews and stories I’ve heard. He seems like a class act

I didn't realize that Will stopped acting because of an anxiety disorder. I suffer from both generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder and it's comforting to hear that even big named celebs deal with this as well. Makes me love him even more.

If I remember, that's why he switched to voice acting when he did come back. On camera was too much and it sounds like VO community is really awesome. He has a podcast called "I hear voices" with Kim possible/Christy Carlson Romano that talks about stuff like that.

The Scream episode was the quintessential episode of the entire series. It brings all the best humor of the show together in one place and I remember it being my favorite episode to laugh at over and over again

Shawn didn’t want to be there, that was literally the perfect emotion for him to have for that character 😁

This show was Friends for the younger Gen. I rewatch it every year or so and always pick up new things. So glad you are doing this!

I really enjoyed seeing y’all interacting with each other and how everyone looks now especially when you have guests on the show. I really wish you would upload the other seasons to KZread because it’s going to be really hard to go from watching this to just listening.

I also felt like it was often just trying to milk off the original’s success. That feeny call scene felt so cringy to me.

Eric's middle name was Randall. Jack tells him that in a later season.

My son, who is now 30, and myself(now 59), had a weekly together time, where we would watch your show. Today, we still talk occasionally about favorite episodes (the one where Eric hides in the couch and the one in the future where Eric comes back as the Squirrel man: makes me laugh just to remember!)) In fact, my son sent me the link to this podcast! Thank you for providing us an opportunity to make memories that still brings a smile to our faces, years later!

Ok, I didn't know this was a thing, but my kids and I literally just finished watching the entire show together. It was fun and precious to rewatch with them. Even the more intense topics were done in such a way that resonated well with them all these years later.

It's the middle of the night, I'm having an anxiety attack, searching for a distraction- and I see this. My all-time favorite TV show has a podcast?! Genius! So many good childhood memories for me. I think so highly of you all! Consider my anxiety soothed ❤️ Can't wait to binge these first few episodes and excited to see where this fun idea takes you all!

Guys, I'm sure you hear this so much, But you three were a pivotal part of my childhood. I had a rough time growing up and was bullied pretty severely at school. But when I was watching your show everything negative thing in my life went away, even if it was just for 30 minutes. I can't thank you enough for that. I now have a beautiful family with two kids and I'm just now starting to show them the series starting with season one. Were not binging the series though. We watch an episode every Friday night so they can grow up with it just as I did. I was hoping that one day you all would do something like this so thank you for having the courage to get on camera and relive this time with all of us. From the bottom of my heart thank you for the wonderful memories!
