He didn't say imbalanced. It's fundamentally broken because one person with cruel pact has as much impact as a portal does on the rest of the lobby. A cruel pact in the lobby effectively removes winstreaking, and puts a lot of pressure on the rest of the lobby. The cruel pact player gets to pick whatever lvl 7 team they want and use all their gold to roll for it. I would even venture to say that piltover just becomes unplayable because you lose too much health and even after your cash out there's still a chance that you hit the cruel pact player and lose anyway. @@bingusworshipper
