An All Assam Invitational Prize money Day-Night Volleyball Tournament was organised by Hazarapar Sports Club in Association with District Sports Officer, Sonitpur on 11.05.2022 at the Hazarapar Stadium. All together 8 teams participated in the tourney and the team from Guwahati and the Rengoni team from Tezpur reached the finals. The Tezpur team had the last lough by winning against the Guwahati team.
Dayal Basumatary of Guwahati was declared Most Valuable player and Mrityunjoy Mahanta of Tezpur won the Best Player of the tournament awards.
