Madisen Skinner is on fire 🔥. This her 3rd Final Four in her career (along with O’Neal). That’s a unique accomplishment. She is low key putting together an MOP tournament! Hook’em!

Yeah, Skinner is something else! Really good player; she has improved quite a bit this year. She's always had an underrated service game, she is a decent blocker and a wonderful spiker of the ball. She also has become quite a good player from the back row, both on offense and defense! Great player!

Congrats to Texas!! I was not expecting them to make it this far after seeing how they played all season. But I'm glad we finally get to see them at their max potential in this tournament!

We replaced 3 all Americans we had to get the connections figured out! We have a freshman setter who’s injured plus O’Neal was injured also early in the season! Byrd is injured now also! So we’ve been fighting thru adversity

The best game they've played yet. Loved everything about it!

Losing to Stanford in September was the best thing that could have happened for this Texas team. And I’m starting to think this Elliott guy knows a little something about coaching volleyball. Hook’em!!

Especially Coach Elliott's wife. Love her enthusiasm. Great supporter for her husband and the team.

Stanford makes me so upset 😭 between the services error, being so pin heavy, and not incorporating the middles so the blockers on the other team almost never have to guess or get pulled away. I was hoping for a better ending for Kendall Kipp

I agree, although Texas fought hard on this, they deserved the win. Don't know what Hambly's thinking not engaging the middles, and too relaxed on the service errors. That entire set 3 is stanford errors.

Texas did what they needed to do. Get them back horns🤘🏽, hook that crown too.

I had my doubts but Texas came through, the blocks were just 🔥

A classic match between two of the sport's premier programs. It's a shame I couldn't watch it on television.

As a stanford fan , they didn’t deserve to win the way they played. On their home court they played scared. I get something was up with kipp’s hand, but apart from rubin, the entire team just looked flat. As for texas, they they played like they were in their home gym (and their fans definitely showed up for them)…imagine, if Tennessee had won that match point, stanford wouldnhave probably been in the semis even if they played this wat. That is to show the turn around texas had . Their defense was great in the frontt and the back, and they always have offense. I think they have a chance to repeat. I feel like this match has 3 players that will play on the national team (kipp, o neal, skinner)

Poor serving, poor reception, poor setting, no killer instinct or fire for Stanford. The complete opposite for Texas. They’ll have to contend with the length of Wisconsin but they’re looking like a team on a mission. Skinner is playing out of her mind right now.

Since the tournament started, I feel that Skinner is playing the best right now; & that's high praise because O'Neal is playing All-America ball.

LETS GOO, Texas is looking stronger and stronger, way to shut all the doubters down! Wisconsin will definitely be a hard game but we got that Texas fight and will need to fire on all cylinders! HOOK EM!

This team was always the best when they’re in system.

Miner didn’t utilize the middles, which Texas was able to predict and block Stanford’s pin hitters.

I don't know if Miner was the issue as much as serve reception giving her very few options sometimes except to set the pins. The problem with playing Texas is that with Skinner their out of system sets are sometimes as good as in system sets. Last year it was even more lethal as both Skinner and Eggleston were always available regardless where they were out the court.

It isn't surprising Stanford's team lost to Texas. All year its pay has been consistently hot and cold. Sadly, Texas cut the trees at the knees. Stanford simply couldn't rise to the task. Kevin Hambly has become complacent and riding on his predecessor's accolades. For the second year in a row, Stanford left the tournament too soon. Texas wanted it more than Stanford, imo. Good luck to the longhorns. They'll need it.

I knew Texas would beat Stanford & Tennessee! I knew we would get in rhythm come tournament time! Plus we don’t have all the pressure of being the number one team as we’ve been the last 3 years! We are fighting injuries and still battling! We are Texas Tough 💪🏾 Hookem 🤘🏾

Y’all said this last year and both teams got taken out. Everyone is prone to losing. Anything can happen in the final four. The favorites RARELY win it all.
