Texas Tech Baseball and Florida Baseball played in game 7 of the Gainesville Regional in the 2023 College Baseball Season. The winner would advance to play South Carolina in the Super Regionals.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

The Gators have more depth in pitching now. Going to a fourth or fifth starter isn't as scary as it would have been earlier in the season. Each game a different hitter has come through with a great game.

I love being Canadian dont get me wrong but when it comes to sports America blows us out of the water. Even our national sport of hockey is done better there and as someone who played college ball in the south in the 90's Its an experience that still ranks near the top. I truly hope one day us Canadians learn to appreciate how important HS and College sports are and the amount of opportunities that goes with it. It sucks that so many talented baseball players North of the 49 dont get the chance to experience it like I did and that was only because I grew up in a place 5 mins from Washington and our program played Babe Ruth at a time when only like 5 teams in BC did. Even then the cost was so high especially with the exchange rate back then that a weekend trip to the states would cost my parents upwards of 1000 dollars or more for a weekend trip. Today its a lot better but still much harder to get noticed compared to American kids that get noticed at 10 lol. But I guess theres always hockey which is insanely competirive at 8 😅

Start a KZread channel giving your local youth the exposure they need. Easier said than done I’m sure, but it sounds like it would be a success considering the lack of exposure currently. You never know man what that might turn into.

i am a big fan of the NHL and i think hockey is freakin rad, i will always love Canada for giving us my 2nd favorite sport and my biggest passion during the winter

As a TTU fan, I agree. Last two games it was like the same team who won 5-4 was not on the field. It is a team of freshman/very young team. They will be back.

@@TheDistingueOne Maybe so, but Gator fans will say the same about the way we played for most of the tournament. When we finally started playing like one of the best teams in the country again, game 7 happened. Anyway, good games and good luck next season.
