When they won in 2021 it had been 63 years since a Dallas ISD won a state title. There will be excitement and buzz for a while. Now that we know an inner city school can compete....we shame them for having pride in the program?

wow the SOC team wear a lot purple. The strap in the back of there uniforms, some were wearing purple shoes and the gloves.

Makes it where they can grab jerseys without being seen by the refs. Saw a comment on an NFL team doing this several weeks ago!

Oak Cliff got away with holding Port Neches-Groves the whole game. They also wore purple gloves. That's why PNG had to kick so many damn field goals. If not, Indians win in a route on the road. SOC had home field advantage 2 years in a row.

This was a great game PNG came in the game ready to get REVENGE on a old nemesis but next year we’ll see December of 2024 good luck both teams 🐻🏹

I live in Port Neches. So PROUD of our Indians bringing the State Trophy back to Southeast Texas!

SOC beat Aledo in 2021 on their way to state. But everyone knows Aledo is always dangerous. Some of those kids probably have 4 rings. Aledo will be focused on DeSoto next year.

The officiating in this game was horrible with a very apparent slant to PNG all for several reasons. UIL must fix its neutral site officiating assignments!!

What part of the receiver having his jersey yanked at the top of the route was phantom? There are reverse angle still shots that show the jersey grab n pull...you can ignore it and keep living in that fantasy world making excuses or accept facts

Fantasy world. Guy was still holding the receiver jersey after he broke for the ball and it was in the air. But, it was ok earlier when #2 was also holding on a route earlier in the end zone. The loss had nothing to do with SOC 170 yards of total offense.
