Good first show! Love how your keeping the default stories to start its a great chance to figure out every bodies character in TCW. If I were you I would do a PPV every 2 months so 6 total with specials sprinkled in. Without the PPV’s gaining popularity can be really difficult since SWF and USPW have such a head start. A main big 4 should include Total Mayhem, King of Kings, Hotter Than Hell, and Battle Ground. Can’t wait for the next part and see how your roster expands little by little

Thanks so much, Mario! Glad you enjoyed it. And that's a great point on the PPV frequency given the war with SWF and USPW. Might have to choose between 6 or keeping all 12 and promoting some as special events using the old WCW "Clash at the Champions: Insert Show Name Here" format. Certainly have a few options to work with there.

@@wrestleblake it’s not a bad idea to have the other 6 be basically “Clash of Champion”/“In Your House” type specials that can resolve some stories lines but are more like extra content with a theme. A show like The War to Settle the Score would be perfect for this type of special since it’s basically a show full of multi man matches. Also remember to use your MAW developmental guys as jobbers if needed. It’ll actually help them to get that exposure even if Joshua Taylor is squashing Joey Fili for example since it’ll boost there popularity and they will get booked on MAW TV and events more

Let's go, I was waiting for that !! That's a pretty cool first show, I love the idea of using Kyle Rhodes as an interviewer, it makes sense and gives some purpose to his good Mic skills, I just never thought of it. I'm a bit sad about you not using Edd Stone in the first show, as he's one of my favorite member of the roster (and one who turns out really good really quickly) but you obviously can't use everyone at every show. Still really excited to see what's next, especially for those who don't have a defined direction yet, like Matt Hocking, T-Bone Bright or Joshua Taylor !

Nice to take break of 100+ roster. Be careful about shiny new thing syndrome hehe, as there are many great independent talents around. I ended at 50 main roster and 28 developmental and was still fighting the urge on some. Now this was final roster goal roster, with the goal of jobbing out and releasing trash so the effective roster for a long time is around 60+ main as there is a good amount of trash in TCW. Main thing I used to limit myself was to have 6 workers/teams per division (and 8 for Women as hey it's called total for a reason). That forced me to be more selective. World title, International (brought it back), Hard Hitting (brawlers/technicians and has a cool belt in default database made on my order lol), Action (high flyers/technicians), Tag team, Women. 6 Jobbers/occasional wrestlers. Made the tv title the B show title but not as it's own division. So I really pushed the concept of TOTAL wrestling. No hardcore as that is not considered wrestling lol.

Awesome feedback! Really appreciate that. I don't have any current plans to push hardcore wrestling, so it'll mostly be the skilled wrestlers and big brawlers haha. The shiny new toy syndrome is totally a thing in my WWE and AEW saves, so hopefully I've learned my lesson. I just love having such a small roster and will probably job out certain wrestlers to make room for the new additions.

Great first show, good direction for the storylines. I always struggle to stretch the Andrews/Wolf storyline to Total Mayhem based on the storyline, so interesting to see how you manage that. Good luck! Will be watching. Also would suggest after each show, go to broadcasters and then ratings centre, and look at last nights tv shows based on rating, and you can compare your 'ratings war' with SWF for tuesdays. Re; schedules, theres a really good touring style schedule on the forums. I personally have done a schedule of 8 PPVs to have more time to build to each show, but just consider your PPV revenue impact on a monthly basis, and used the remaining events as special editions of tv shows, or forbidden door style shows or if i've run a show in another country.

Thanks as always for the great feedback! I'm working on a few different options for the Andrews and Wolf feud but haven't decided which I prefer yet. One is certainly a bold idea, but stretching it to Total Mayhem is going to be a challenge. And those are good ideas on the schedule format. I might just keep all of them and push some as special editions, or push it to 6-8. Also will start looking at the ratings after each show!

Great first episode! I love how you interjected Taylor into the first episode and how you’ve booked everything basically. Using Benson in the main event was a smart idea,It makes the tv title, and gauge, feel more important, especially if gauge is paired with Jay, little bit of a teaser there. Wolf was great as always, and him with The Syndicate is always an easy rating. As for the events, I’d say either keeping all twelve or pushing it to just six, seems like the way to go. Can’t wait to see this unfold and to see who you bring in from the indies; Fro, Ernest, Ring Generals, American Cobras, Rich and Famous. Lol

Love the feedback, Bryan! I thought it'd be fun to do a Jay and Gauge pairing early on since there's a fun story there for the future. And you'll be seeing some of your indie favorites soon! Have added several additions since booking the first show haha.

Great first episode! As someone that pretty much only plays TCW in the C-Verse I am definitely grabbing some of these ideas for my next save, haha. Though typically I run TCW a little bit closer to ROH meets 84-85 Mid South, definitely see some influences from Bill Watts as well as Memphis and World Class.

You know I love my angles, even for a wrestling heavy show haha. But this will obviously be nowhere near what I do for the WWE save, just a few more angles than usual early on to build the background for storylines and such.

I don't know who most of these wrestlers are, but I'm here to find out. Solid first show, it really did feel like my first time watching a company whom I'd never seen before do a show, with the "there's stories going on, there's background you don't know, but here's a wrestling show" and you pick it up pretty easily. I'm guessing the big man stable (can't immediately remember the name) is being built up to be reminiscent of the nWo?

Glad you enjoyed it! And yeah, I tried to be a little more detailed for the first show to set up all the characters and storylines. We have some interesting plans for both The Syndicate and Sinner Society stables, so hopefully they're just as impactful as the nWo haha.

How comes all of your angles are 'Freestyle Segments' ?

I would keep the 12 ppvs. Make 4 of the ppvs more important than the rest with Total Mayhem and Malice In Wonderland culminating your longest or most popular storylines

I'm thinking that's the most likely option. We'll push the others as special events Clash of Champions style. I wish Malice in Wonderland wasn't the first PPV, but next year's show should be a better payoff for a lot of feuds. Thanks for watching!
