I think the original video was that this is definitely a re- done video. They original video it's just him in it singing and dancing. They cut it up and added the couple scenes to it.

I don't know if under-rated is the right term for Tevin. Anyone who knows the period the kid was a legend. Sure the kids today do not know him, but with all the hip-hop and rap they wouldn't care for him anyway. Tevin Campbell just never turned out the way we all wanted him to. Sadly.
