@@dnuhuh i know that now, but i didnt hear about the break earlier. i commented this bc i thought it was very noticeable, which isn't a bad thing b/c they're human and bc i didnt see anyone else talking about it so i wondered if i imagined it-- i didnt think ppl would see my comment anyways, just wrote it impromptu. my main pt is it looks like they've been overworked + theyre very stressed as well as Jihyo's recent "scandal" which is really just some ppl overreacting over nothing and then Momo dating (which really should be fine)... so i just wanted them to have a break (like we all want) bc theyre angels. that's it

I just realized that this performance was after Jihyo made a letter about lashing out to the Onces who made assumptions abt her interminent absence during MAMA. Jihyo opened up about having depression and seeking theraphy when false rumors abt her circulated March last year. She said that she began fearing performing in front of people because of what people will think of her but she performed anyway for their fans with sincerity. I think everyone in Twice was upset that time, a lot has happened to them to the year prior. I think Seventeen also knows this (I think they are friends behind the scene, I think some of them looks upset too but cheers them on still. I like this performance but knowing this made me appreciate and root for Twice more. Also, Feel Special 😭 its meaning became more profound and empowering. 🤍 I admire the Twice members strength and love for their members and fans. 🤍
