Better to have examiners who are not cardiac anaesthesiologists. Exposure of cardiac anaesthesiologists to non cardiac surgeries is minimum and their questions and answers are not practical and vague

Is this really practical? She is able to do it coz it was just one case. Imagine the reality. I come from a tertiary center and nearly 40 cases can go on the dice. To be able to go at such length into medicine and have not approached anaesthesia part despite half way through the video is sad. Also do anaesthesiologist make the diagnosis, simply NO. Then it’s plainly rudiment to go about such length of medicine.
