I own that camp chef explorer and really like it for cooking outside and even canning. That pizza oven accessory is fantastic!

ROSIE--I dunno, I could be wrong, but the Boss looked pretty happy with the results from the pizza oven. imagine that...

Take that metal paddle plate off. Coat it with Crisco on both sides. put in oven @250 degrees for an hour. turn off oven & let it remain until cooled off completely. It should now be seasoned for use. Put a pan under that paddle to catch any runoff of the Crisco. Cool little outdoor oven. Very nice.
