What about the fin on a lifetime sup 10’ it’s not a slide in fin

If you look at their Amazon page they have multiple different types of attachments you can get the Fin with. Just see if they have the one your SUP needs. You can attach any of those to the fin and then to your board.
It would be good to see how this is in the surf, and how it is paddling out, and catching waves, whether it is enough on it's own, or whether you need to paddle as well. Interesting stuff.

There are other videos that have done that I'm sure one of them can help. I am sadly in the middle of US so not to much ocean around here.

Yes you will just need to buy the correct adapter with your fin. Most ROC paddle boards have a standard slide in fin. amzn.to/3XyKCz4 but double check your board to make sure.
