How many subs did you use? Are the subs the ones located on the stage? The 3 big speakers?

The 3 speakers you mentioned are probably front fill (to fill the areas right in front of the stage, which doesn't get covered by the line array). Most likely the subs are standing on the ground, right behind the barrier.

Well that really depends on personal preference. In my opinion I think l-acoustics sounds a bit better than jbl. But as I said, just personal preference.

The sound is coming from two towers or are there any side fills?

As far as I can tell from the video, there were no side-fills. But the 3 speakers on the stage are probably front fills.
