Boss, I have 2 cameras at same spot, can you propose a solar panel with two outputs ? Also, what is the solution for maximizing the battery life ? I have them outdoor and they detect motion 24/7 which I think reduces battery life. Can we somehow disable it and enable it when we are not home for example etc ? I have the cameras outdoor but in Sweden it is cold and reduces battery life dramatically

When you are charging with solar power do you have to leave that white battery box inside or without it? Thank you

Omg. Offcourse the battery needs to be inside. What else will he charge....
Hmmm I have these and I have tried with 2 different panels boight from Aliexpress which I imagine are no different than the Imou. What I noticed is that it charges them very slowly, probably not enough for its consumption in my case focusing on a busy street. But the main issue wasn’t that, it was the fact that when there is no sun, the solar panels seems to feed from the camera, and end up consuming the battery life very quickly. I’ve tested this by disabling the recordings and motion detections and can see it happen always. Did you see this with your tests? Thanks

@@piplsystemshmm thanks. Perhaps the Imou one has some sort of electronic to avoid the current being drawn in both ways…
