@@kimmr.2317 Er yeh, go and curl 90 kg with one arm... Actually, go and get a natural bodybuilder, mechanic, anything that requires natural strength to curl 90 kg... Still don't believe me? Isn't he tall, like 195 cm? Leverage? I can name numerous reasons why he takes gear...Actually all the arm-wrestlers now are on Gear/HGH...still don't believe me? I could care less.

Здарова мужики вы красавцы так держать, вы одни из первых кто не прячет свои силовые от публики в зале. Но с весом сидя в жиме в смите вы ошиблись вы написали 60 это как я понял 4 блина по 10 и гриф с каретками 20 но на самом деле гриф и каретки в таких тренажёрах обычно весят 25-30кг , в моей тренажёрке 27 проверяли разными способами взвешивания . Ограмное вам спасибо за искренний контент, крепкого здоровья и много побед вы молодцы, жду ваших армфайтов..

@@user-kr6mh7ib3bда, с расширителем легче кисть сгибать, а вот сустав только большую нагрузку испытывает, бесполезную Лучше штангу одной рукой без расширителя

На предплечье 70-80-90 прям бешеный показатель) Я целенаправленно не качаю предплечье, но когда пробовал 15-17 с трудом делал. Хотя сам не слабый, подтягиваюсь и на брусьях + 20кг. Круто!
