The reason that you can spectate paintings and armor stands is because they are considered as "entities" according to people just like mobs.

I remember the very last time I played Minecraft was back in middle school during the after school gamers club, and while everyone else was playing other games I was trying out Minecraft and I got to the nether but thought I'd dig upwards to see what was at the top and when I did, I thought I saw another figure up there, dunno if it was a mob or just my brain playing tricks on me 😅 I don't really remember much about that time though

Preston, you were right about the nametag, because at 1:26 you can see the nametag in the mountain. I think the player was in there to. At 3:19-3:20, the things that were engulfing the spawner were torches. Also, they were both on top and on the sides. At 5:09, there was a dark guardian on the left side of the screen, then it disappeared. At 8:06, the dark guardian was back. It was at the left side of your screen again. At 12:11, you can see the blood clone below the trapdoor of your machine. So it did work. At 13:02, all of the cauldrons filled up with blood. So it worked again. At 14:14, did you place that fire behind you? At 14:17, blood replaced most of your contraption. And there was even blood on the ground constantly moving. And there was also some blood that replaced the blocks in the ground. You were not doing it wrong the entire time. You just had to try it your first attempt all along. At 14:37, the blood clone was behind a jungle tree. At 14:50, the blood clone was behind the dripstone. At 15:03, the blood clone was behind the oak tree. You can barely see his legs. At 15:24, you can see him again behind the oak tree. At 17:45, the pig's eyes in the painting were on fire. So I think that it is true. At 18:31, I think that it was the player head. At 19:00, you can hardly see the player head again behind the dripstone. At 19:35, I don't think that it is busted. Because the mountain had a scary face

I saw the dark guardian!lol it was there for sooo long and Preston still didn't see it!

Preston if you are reading this, the “blood clone” one I saw your clone everyone has seen it the first one to make you die after it he spawned in it the stone cauldrons was filled with blood 🩸 and the last one he spawned and when you said “this myth is busted” he spawned

There were torches on the spawner like players would do to avoid the mob to spawn
