It's effective, but consistent daily application is necessary. 3 - I stay away from all types of soap. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Combined, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.
