They’re such an amazing creature and when you allow them to live in your house the good they do for your home, getting rid of pesky bugs and even bugs that carry diseases, is so worth giving them a chance. Usually during the summer we have really big wolf spiders around my house and they get huge. Maybe it was one of those? I really like the nails. I love the blooming gel came out pretty ❤

Anne, you take the replacement brush, put it in the lid or on top of the bottle, and as you screw it in, the two pieces will join. I had the same issue till I learned from another nail tech. Did you know that you can put a layer of polish and let it bloom then cure it and put a second layer of bloom gel and another color so they don't blend and make a brown yucky mixture?

Omg thank you for NOT showing the spider pic. When you started that story I literally felt my anxiety start rising cuz I was sure you were gonna pop a surprise spider pic on the screen and I hate that almost as much as I HATE spiders! 😩 they are my biggest fear in life…whether it be logical or not 🙀 I’m so so sorry you had to have a run-in with that giant creature! I’m the exact same way with the irrational paralysis that overcomes me when a spider is present..I won’t move past the spider…I can’t even smoosh it with something because I visualize it jumping onto the smooshing device and running up my arm…or trying to step on it and it runs up my leg. My mom is a badass as well- a few weeks ago during an encounter my mom did the toilet paper smoosh and I was grossed out but impressed. BUT your nails look cute! And look at you getting all these affiliations! Girl you’re slaying! ❤

I really like Nail Reserve - they level out well and their glitters are REALLY nice. I don't do a lot of colors other than pink and milky white, but when I do I really like their colors - so pigmented for one coat application! And, low smell and longevity (I've had mine over a year). I also look for HEMA-free, and when I can I look for fewer monomers in the formulation as well, so these fit the bill. Of course, my best defense against allergies is slowing down and taking my time so I don't touch product to skin, even if it is HEMA free. Let me tell you something about the nails: if people had KZread in the 80s (or blooming gel) this is almost exactly the set they would have made to show off, so don't knock it. :) I bet you would really enjoy glass nails - have you tried those yet?

@@AnneElizabethNails I was unskilled at first and did notice reactions after about a year of curing product into my cuticles, etc. I tried press-ons and discovered I am allergic to nail glue, so after a major debacle with my nails and having to grow them out for 4 months, I spent that time researching and taking a class or two and it has helped a LOT. I was a trained esthetician, but did not go to nail school or do nails professionally so I wasn't sure where to start. Now I don't even get redness, so it's been a worthwhile journey for me. ❤

Have you heard of the bubble effect that does the dragon scales? It’s pretty cool and feels like sandpaper. I feel for the dragon stickers you have that would be cool. That sapphire color is really pretty too! Always happy to see your videos and haha I am the same! My husband and I found a HUGE black looking spider in our room and I would not get off the bed till he killed it. Just was not happening. Snakes and spiders are ones I just would rather not have to encounter.

If you want to improve your arachnophobia, the first step is research! I’d suggest first researching jumping spiders, they’re adorable and smart creatures and the best to start your exposure therapy with! Remember, the majority of spiders are blind, they hear through vibration and they will stay calm if you stay calm. If you scream or shout they think they’re in danger and they’ll run for it 😂
