Josie I work as an esthetician in a dermatologists offices you did a great job explaining red light therapy. I would like to add that it is also important to mention that there are some people with certain conditions that shouldn't do light therapy. Those with diseases that involve the retina of the eye, such as diabetes, and the use of photosensitizing medications like lithium, melatonin, phenothiazine antipsychotics, and certain antibiotics should avoid light therapy. And light therapy at home although it does work and does have benefits the lights used in a dermatologist office are much stronger and more effective. Just so people know and are informed

@@loopielou4426 it's best to check with your medical provider and ask them. Depending on your overall health or any medications or treatments you've been getting for your cancer which I'm so sorry to hear about. It might not be a good idea. Better to be safe than sorry

@@clareshopaholic3632 she been using several devices that use red light therapy for a while so she probably had noticed some improvements in her skin. But yes you normally don't see results in red light therapy after one use

I travelled on business and the only itinerary was proper WORK, sadly it didn't include breaks on the beach, naps, moet and pamper sessions - an amazing team dinner at best. Josie's work is what most of us aspire to either on holiday or in our precious leisure time!

Yes, Jayne. Josie gives her mom, Charlie and friends and family loads of products. Every Christmas she donates to the local senior living center. Josie's mom leads a more private life.

When josie was in ibiza with Lydia they extended their stay by a few days and josie ran out of clothes. She borrowed Lydia's little blue & white dress. Josie looked gorgeous in it 👗👍

I was fortunate enough to be walking on a beach in Mexico-my eagle eyes spotted movement in the sand and out popped what seemed like hundreds of turtles. All making their way to the ocean.
