Cats are very intelligent, but they will ignore you a lot. Dogs are also intelligent, but they are loyal too, so usually they don't ignore.

Golden rule: Nothing is as smart as a Cat at being a Cat, Nothing is as smart as a Dog, at being a Dog. HOWEVER, absolutely NOTHING is smarter than a Dog at getting people to spoil the Dog, and NOTHING is smarter than a Cat at totally ignoring people.

In the last test Blue Cat shows their superb intelligence by acting uninterested so that you would take the blanket off the treat

They say dogs are smarter. Cats can be trained, but it's harder. But they're both awesome! I like cats better because they don't bark.
