I feel like I’ve watched you for so long it’s like we’ve become friends and when you were playing the piano you played the piece my mom used to play beautifully... she passed away almost a whole year ago and so hearing that tune really made my heart warm and I wanted to thank you for that. I have made my own tapioca pearls, it's honestly really easy, just fiddly and time consuming but satisfying. The store bought tapioca pearls only take 15 ish minutes to boil then 15 minutes to soak in sugar and cool down, and taste just as good.
