Why I think they added skeletons turning to strays is probably because of the fact that in water husks can turn into normal zombies, and normal zombies can turn into drowns. It would make sense because strays are snow skeletons and they have a way to summon water zombies in survival without an egg

It’s like drowns and zombies. When a zombie stays in water for to long,shiver and turn into a drown. Drowns are underwater zombies, and strays are snowy skeletons.

For the diamond in the lava trick, you should try to switch in survival mode first, my theory is that when you take back the items, since you are in creative, it kind of reset them, there is no "soaking diamond" option so what you are holding turn back to normal diamond perhaps

The powdered snow stray thing makes sense for the same reason that zombies turn into drowned when underwater for long enough. There are many entities that change into something similar in the right conditions

I think they used Netherite with the texture of diamonds. That's how the diamonds didn't burn, Netherite can't burn

How to get green fire( not clickbait) 1: get a lot of campfires 2: waterlog them 3: you’ll have a chance of getting green fire

10:05 strays are useful in bedrock edition because they drop a wither skeleton skull when killed by a charged creepers so that is useful for farms in bedrock edition to get strays easier
