$2.75 LCD monitors? WOW. I used to get LCD monitors at goodwill for $15-$20 and they were amazing bargains. But now there are almost no LCD monitors to be found at goodwill. Guess everyone figured out they needed monitors for remote work and not donating to goodwill.

Make sure it has dvi or hdmi, or get a adapter to support it.

How do i test if they work before i buy them?

You bring a pc there and test it? Or just keep your receipt and bring it back if it doesn't work

So your budget is up to $100? I have a razer blackwidow chroma, there's lots of options for keyboards depends on your preferences and stuff. I like green clicky. Maybe watcha a video comparing keyboards or if your budget is lower maybe get a used razer blackwidow ultimate 2014 for 30 bucks?
