I wouldn't recommend it for streaming, it would work but there may be better options for the function you are looking for.

What was the reason you were checking your ram or whatever the thing that was 60 percent?
i was checking temps to see if my gpu and cpu where hot and if they where really hot then i was gonna say u cant run fort on regular settings
