Hi there. Sorry I'm late to this party but stopped watching this video upon seeing something. Please, would u consider in future videos or in comments for this clip to let viewers know... always point or cut using the safest way/ direction possible. When you were using the seat belt cutting device I believe it would have been much safer to face knife away from the body. Cut away from not on or toward the body. Stress and adrenaline affect all differently also maybe the vehicle is still moving or possibly shaking etc. Also in putting a safety knife etc in a fixed position make sure you can reach it or a passenger too. Lastly anything not secure or hanging from rear view mirror has high probability to fly anywhere. My family member was in a crash and their watch and a shoe came off. The shoe was still tied up and the watch band wasn't undone. I can't explain this ...very strange. Anyway thx much for ur videos...I appreciate them. Again hope u don't mind my comment. God bless you both. 🙏

Of course, cars made after 2018 have laminated glass on the side doors also. You can't break them. Need a saw

Great video. I have a ResQme tool on my keychain(for at least 2 years starting to rust). Considering the hammer for the car, and definitely considering a GTFO bracelet. That's INCOGNITO AF.

Thanks for this video! I started thinking about this sort of stuff after seeing adverts on KZread for another escape tool that seemed to somehow be a little scammy. Turns out they were charging £40 for their tool. Compared to the products you were reviewing that was an absolute rip off! I didn't really know much about how to escape a car in an emergency, but the advice here seems sensible and well thought out. The tools shown here certainly make escape a lot easier - definitely considering the bracelet and one or both of the ResQme tools.

Btw - if you aren't that physical or strong you use the prongs to force into the frame and "flex" the glass. You use the prongs on the head rest as a lever.

@@Ytj9957 Use the silver prongs as a lever to drive the prongs between the door frame and the glass. Bang on the top of the head rest until the prongs are pushed into the gap. Use the top of the head rest as a lever (rather than a forceful object) and pry the glass. It will shatter.......

Good stuff gents! On deployment, we kept seatbelt cutters attached to them for quick access. I don't think there is a glass breaker in the world that will break bulletproof glass! But for everyday drivers, love the little orange guy for the keychain. Much more practical than the rest. A good invention would be one of those 'steering wheel lock bar gadgets' that can be used as glass breaker, seat belt cutter and to whoop someone's ass with it / integrated taser / pepper spray ;) A method I always taught people for breaking glass was the seat belt buckle itself by wrapping the passenger side seat belt under your heel or more powerful punchers could use their fist and strike edge of window. Good video dudes!

He might have had the Tungsten bead on the wrong side of the bracelet considering how many times he had to try and pop the window. This is completely understandable in the stressful situation of being inside a wrecked vehicle trying to get out when the doors are jammed shut tight.
