What did you used to clean the excess markings when you did the panel line? Is it just an alcohol with Q tip?

Did you wait for the ink to dry out before you clean it? Since I tried to clean it woth 70% alcohol after I apply it and didn't wait for the ink to cure just like what happened on your video but it left some smudge

@@johnhendrix4652 Well it depends on the surface you applied. If you applied it on a primed surface, removing it might a bit challenged. Im also using denatured alcohol on a case to case scenario.

How many kits would you be able to get out of one marker? If you use one marker to cover the entire kit hypothetically.

@@michealknight6003 if you plan to use a single color for the entire kit, probably 2-3 HG kits, if mixed colors 3-5 HG kits, on the premise of not to over coat your projects 😊👍. Hope this helps, please subscribe and share🙏

Nope, it showcased somewhat shinny and metallic effect when applied, i usually used this as replacement to metallic green stickers👍

Is this water based or alcohol based? Can you clean any mistakes using water?

This is an alcohol based paint, unfortunately water is not the right solution for clean up. An ordinary household alcohol will do. 😊

What type of topcoat finish can i use after painting with this marker?

Any topcoat will do. Though theres a trick. If my project was not primed and applied directly, i need a day or 2 for curing time then apply top coat and do the topcoat phasing make sure your not spraying it too near to the subject. On the other hand, primed projects were easy to apply with topcoat

Ahoy! For me, it is still good to apply to 1/144 size of kits, larger than that you need watch your consistency and check if you distributed the colors properly to the surface

So I bought the metallic silver few days ago and I dont know if mine was a defect product or not but, the paint doesnt dry at all, I already waited for a few hours but it still doesnt dry, do you also have that kind of problem?

Well first thing first, how thin or thick did you apply in the surface? Well 2 coats is fine for sure, if you will check again the video you will notice the difference of drying time in different applications. As said, when you apply directly the marker to the surface, you will be needing a curing time of a day perhaps. If you still want to do this method, i suggest to clean first the parts by soaking them in a liquid soap and dry it. After that, apply the marker as is. The othe one is applying primer first the next is the marker, this will surely provide a fast drying output. Hope this helps 😊

It depends eh, for sure di naman lahat ng kit kukulayan ng isang kulay lang. On my end malakas ako gumamit ng white and gray. Kasi ginagamit ko din silang pang base prime. Siguro kung primed yung kit tapos full color plan mo, kaya 3 to 4 1/144 kits under 2 strokes😊 Thanks, please do share this video to your friends as well 🙏😊

Questions po. How long will it take to dry if i don't prime it. I don't really have a primer and coat i want to try and apply it as it is. Is there any problems or any thing i need to consider before using this marker. And will a gundam eraser marker be good to erase any possible mistakes? Btw great video

Ahoy! Kung hindi ka gagamit ng prime medyo matagal din matuyo, medyo ilang minuto din bago next coat and within a day dry for full cure. May other way ako na ginawa para mapabilis. Yun yung ginawa ko sa video na Accrobatter (you can check it) niliha ko yung surface ng 2000 grit then apply nung marker. Kakapit agad yung paint and may kabilisan din matuyo. Salamat at nagustuhan mo ang vid ko. Please help me to share to others baka may mapulot din sila. 😊Salamats

You can dip it a bit in an alcohol. 70% level or the home alcohol will do 😊

Pag sa frames tapos metallics nman ikukulay ko, rekta na yung application ko. For the video naman, rekta gunmetal airbrush then rekta apply ng metallic markers 😊

Yung dito sa trial panel lining? Basic alcohol lang 70% ethyl yung ginamit ko. Galeng nga netong mga markers na to eh. Swabe

Ahoy! Kaya naman kahit yung usual household alcohol. Mas ok din kung may higher alco level oks din yun, light damp lang sa surface then one way stroke lang habang nagbubura. No sir, you can erase them with regular alcohols. One thing i liked with these markers is that they don't fade easily and finger print free due to its quick drying feature. Still for better paint adhesion, primering the sureface is a factor and the of course if you want to lock it permanently, clear coat is the key😊

How durable is the paint?

If its dried up more than month, the paint will durable enough though not recommended to forcedly applied. Also better if you apply primer to the surface for more adhesion of the paint to the surface. 😊

Ahoy sir! Yes pwede sa home use alcohol but do not soak it, just dip it lightly hanggang magising yung paint fluid. Kapag soak kasi baka mag burst and maubusan ka ng paint fluid

Yup meron naman, pwede mo sand yung surface kung meron kang 1000 grit and above, tapos pwede mo haguran ng gray yung surface if mag iiba ka ng kulay. Hello question, parang naubusan ata ng ink yung akin huhu. Pero pag inalog ko naman parang may liquid pa. Not sure why di bumababa ang ink sa brush. Any way how to fix? Thanks!

Usually dried up brush tip yung cause nya. For that just prepare any home alcohol na meron ka. Salin la lang ng konti kahit sa tansan the dip mo yung tip nung pen mga 1/4 part lang no need i-dip ng buo. No need din ibabad just dip and up then try mo sa surface, bit by bit lalabas na yung paint nya. 😊 Please like and share na din po thanks

Based on my experience, yes and madali nmn linisin yung mga edges na lagpas. Prefer ko sa mata is yellow, metallic green, and metallic blue😊

Hindi na eh. Usually pag madalian lang ako rekta ko na gunmetal tong frame and baka kumapal din kasi eh. 😊
